Jazzercise Conway Celebrates 30 Years of Fitness and Friendship |
A local studio marks three decades of movement and community with a free anniversary class November 7 |

A fitness community in Conway is celebrating a milestone built on three decades of exercise, encouragement and friendships.
Jazzercise Conway began in 1996 when Paige Revis started offering five classes each week.
Thirty years later, the studio offers 28 weekly classes led by 12 instructors, with members ranging from young adults to active seniors.
More than a workout
The program blends music and movement in group classes that can be adapted to different comfort and fitness levels.
The studio's leaders emphasize an atmosphere where participants can build confidence and connect with others, not simply count workouts.
Alicia Gough became co-owner with Revis in 2018 and has helped expand the team's community involvement.
For many older adults, finding a welcoming way to remain active can also create regular opportunities for social connection.
Free anniversary celebration November 7
The studio is planning a free anniversary class on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 10 to 11:30 a.m.
Doors are scheduled to open at 9:30 a.m., and current and former members, instructors, friends and newcomers are invited.
For details, the studio lists telephone number 501-329-0102.
Anyone beginning a new exercise program should choose an activity appropriate to their abilities and seek professional medical guidance when needed.
A Central Arkansas success story
The anniversary is as much a celebration of community as of exercise.
Jazzercise Conway's longevity shows how a local business can become a gathering place where neighbors keep returning year after year.
The November 7 celebration is also worth adding to 501 Daily's Future Article Bank for an advance reminder. |
